Fruit pulp is the rich, edible part of fruit (juice, flesh, fiber) after skins, seeds, and coarse bits are removed, processed into a thick, viscous liquid or solid, retaining natural flavor, color, and nutrients, used widely in juices, jams, yogurts, and baby food as a natural flavor/nutrient enhancer. It's often called "puree" in the U.S., can be single-strength (NFC) or concentrated, and stored in aseptic bags for long periods.
